Ta Da! Ok, so this scan doesn't do it justice, it isn't blocked, you can't tell the saddle is there because it's not blocked, etc., but I LOVE it!The border looks much better IRL, too. I made it up! It's not perfect, but I like it. The border was laying/lying pretty flat, until I started the scallopy part of the edging; I believe it started a loose ruffling because I should have skipped going into the top of the first of each three double crochets, as the last stitch in the bigger spaces practically covered that. I liked it and kept going, though. A ruffle effect is not out of mood with a carousel horse, anyway. Next time, I'll probably skip that first double crochet, though.
